“I will – transform the Valley of Trouble into a gateway of hope.” Hosea 2:15 (NLT)
Dearest Abba, Father, thank You for placing the right people in my life. Help me to discern the right connections You have for me. Give me strength to release the wrong relationships so I have room in my life for the people You have chosen to connect with me. Lord, thank You for giving me another day in my life to see Your goodness. Today, I take off the limits and embrace the dreams You’ve placed in my heart. Empower me by Your Spirit to fulfill Your plan for me.
Father, there are times that I don’t understand what is going on. Times when I get discouraged and start to doubt. But, I also know that these are the times I experience Your mercy and grace at a deeper level. When I am drawn by Your Spirit to a new realm of intimacy with You. Lord give me the faith, courage and strength I need for today’s journey.
Lord, help me, I pray, to trust you, to believe in your promises, to order my life around what you have said and done. When I struggle to trust you, strengthen my faith by your Spirit. When I take things for granted, show me the error of my ways. Fill my mind and heart with gratitude for the many blessings I have. Bring around me those who can nurture and encourage my faith. Father, make me appreciative of all the wonderful gifts You give. Lord, may I trust you fully in all that I do. May my faith in you glorify you and be reckoned to me as righteousness. Each day we are in awe with deep reverence for You and all that You have done for us. It is our prayer today that our words and deeds will show others how much we revere You and Your name. Make this a special day when we can experience with awe your blessings in our lives. Through the grace of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
I will restore your health and heal all your hurts. God Promises He can restore and heal us through Christ
“For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,” says the Lord, “Because they called you an outcast saying: ‘This is Zion; No one seeks her.’” – (Jeremiah 30:17)
After a hard day scrambling to find your way around in the world, it’s assuring to come home to a place you know. God can be equally familiar to you. With time you can learn where to go for nourishment, where to hide for protection , where to turn for guidance. Just as your earthly house is a place of refuge, so God’s house is a place of peace.
