You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous-how well I know it.– Psalm 139:13-14 (NLT)
Gracious God, I dedicate this day to You. Show me how to prepare for You to move in my life. Help me guard my words and thoughts as I put my trust in You. Lord, be with me this day. Search my life, and help me to correct the wrong things that I do. Keep me walking in the light, and prevent me from straying into darkness. Abba Father, today I stand believing that You are working quietly on my behalf. Give me Your strength to continue believing until I see Your promises fulfilled
Father in heaven, we are acknowledging that you are the ultimate definer of reality, the first tiller of all things. We live and lead within the reality you have created and the values you have revealed. Help me this day to get rid of any selfish ambition in my life so that through my words and deeds others may see Christ through me. Give me a humble spirit and a servant’s heart. Give me open eyes to look at those around me so that I can show them kindness, love and appreciation. Guide my family today and may each of us do all we do today to honor Your name. Help us to always give You the glory for what You enable us to achieve in life. Lord, help me to live a pure life today, honoring You with my thoughts and my actions.
Eternal God, teach me the way of a complete and unbroken trust. In my disappointments, and in my devotions, may my faith and hope be as immortal as my soul. May I listen for Your voice and answer Your call. Jesus, I present my prayer in Your precious name before my God, Father in heaven. Amen
I bless My righteous ones and shield them with My favor. God promises that He will shield us and we shall rejoice
But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You. For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield. (Psalm 5:11-12)
Prayer is asking; the answer to prayer is receiving.
