And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. Romans 8:26 (NLT)
Dearest loving Abba Father, I come to You today with an open and humble heart. Thank You for loving me today. I choose to forgive those who have criticized me. I choose to bless those who have hurt me. I choose to be great because You have equipped and empowered me to be great in the midst of criticism. Thank You for creating me in Your image. Thank You for my imagination and for the ability to change my life by meditating on Your Word. Help me to keep Your truth before me always so I can walk and live in the path You have for me. Thank You for making me the apple of Your eye. I open my heart to You today and cast every care on You. I humbly come to You and surrender all that I am. I ask that You pour out Your favor and blessing on me so that I can be a greater blessing to others and walk in all of Your ways.
Abba Father, You know my condition. I am weary and in need of renewal. I am so glad that You have invited me to come to You for rest. I know that You are gentle and humble in heart and will give me rest for my soul. So I come to You even now, Jesus. I put my soul into Your capable hands. Help me and heal me even now. Today I expect victory because You are with me, You love never fails, You go ahead of me and will never abandon me. Lord, forgive me for judging others. Help me to bring myself to you and allow Your Holy Spirit to work on my behavior. Lord, make me more like You. Lord, help me keep my faith genuine. Help me today to be conscious of You in all that I do.
It is my prayer today that I can have an understanding heart and be a fruitful believer. May the Word of God have a permanent root in my life and in the lives of my family so that together we can be used according to Your desire. Help me, Lord, to have your heart for those in need. Even when my faith is weak, may my compassion be strong. I pray that my faith will grow as I learn to trust you more and more. Help me, Lord, to have confidence in you. May I live my life with boldness and vision because I know you and your amazing, powerful grace. In Jesus’ mighty name, I Pray, Amen
When you walk through the fires of adversity, you will not be burned. God Promises He is with us through all adversity
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. – (Isaiah 43:2)
I ought to pray before seeing any one. Often when I sleep long, or meet with others early, it is eleven or twelve o’clock before I begin secret prayer. I feel it is far better to begin with God-to see His face first, to get my soul near Him before it is near another.
