Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. Hebrews 10:22
Dearest loving Abba Father, today I surrender every thought to You. I choose to release my cares and concerns so I can focus on Your goodness in my life. Thank You for the gift of faith to see the impossible become possible as I continue to place my hope and confidence in You. Thank You for receiving me into Your family. Thank You for pouring out Your abundant blessing on me. I love You and bless You because You are good and Your mercy endures forever. Thank You for Your favor, grace and mercy. I choose to be aware of Your goodness and many blessings. I choose to meditate on Your love and look for Your hand at work in every area of my life. Thank You for Your satisfaction that is beyond anything I have ever known. Strengthen me as I seek to serve You and find my joy and satisfaction in You.
Lord, you do turn mourning into rejoicing. All praise be to you! You do raise the dead to new life! What a wonder! And you do surprise me with your amazing grace, again and again and again! Forgive me for I have doubted Your power and have not spent enough time in Your word. Help me to know You and Your word more. Help me to increase my faith and put my trust in both Your word and power. Thank You that You have given me many great and precious promises. Help me to learn more about them. Then help me to believe them and live my life accordingly.
Gracious Lord, thank You for loving me first. Give me the strength to love others and to display that love for others to see. Give us this day, dear Lord the wisdom to make choices to honor Your name. We give You praise for choosing us and then allowing us to choose to follow You and then bear fruit for Your sake. Help us to make the right decisions today in our choice of friends, our choice of words and our actions. Protect our families, dear Lord, from harmful choices. Lord, help me to grow up, to be a mature Christian, one who has learned to accept disappointment and adversity. Strengthen my heart, and give me patience. Thank You for bearing all my shame. Thank You for giving me a place of honor at Your table. I am Your child and am forever grateful. Thank You for being my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
There is no place you can go to escape My presence. God Promises He is always with us
Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me. (Psalm 139:7-10)
The enemy uses all his power to lead the Christian, and above all the minister, to neglect prayer. He knows that however admirable the sermon may be, however attractive the service, however faithful the pastoral visitation, none of these things can damage him or his kingdom if prayer is neglected.
