You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV)
Dearest loving Abba Father, today I humbly come to You. I choose to cast my cares on You so that I can live in Your rest. Thank You for Your goodness to me. Help me find ways to share Your goodness with those around me. I come to You today surrendering all that I am. May everything I do please You and be a wonderful fragrance to You. Keep me close to You today and always. thank You for showing me Your design for family. Thank You for accepting and embracing me always. Show me how I can reach out and be an example of family in someone else’s life. Lord, today I choose to rise out of mediocrity. I choose to give my very best to everything I do. Teach me to live skillfully so that my life is a continual praise to You.
Abba Father, help me love you today with my whole heart, soul and mind. Take my life, I give you complete control. I want to spend time with you, share my thoughts with you and hear from you today. Help me take charge of my schedule and all my busyness so that I can carve out the time I need to better worship you. Help me understand more about following You. Be the Lord of my life and help me build my life on a solid foundation of Your word. Thank You for all You have done for me. Forgive me for my lack of gratefulness. I praise You for Your grace and mercy in my life. Lord Jesus, thank you for the freedom I have to tell you everything that’s on my mind and in my heart, even the things that don’t look very good at all. All praise be to you, Lord Jesus, for the freedom you have given me to speak so honestly with you.
Lord, thank you for my adoption into your family, and for the brothers and sisters you have given me. Thank you for all the ways I benefit from being part of your family. Help me, dear Lord, to learn to see my life, my family, even my stuff in the light of your kingdom. May I learn to share what is “mine,” knowing that truly it is “yours” and therefore “ours.” Help me to open my heart, my arms, and in home to others. Help your church to be the community you have called us to be, sharing all that we are and all that we have with each other. May our genuine fellowship be a sign to the world that the Gospel is true. Thank You for being my anchor throughout this day and it is my prayer that You will hold me close to You and lead and guide me and keep me on a steady course through my voyage in life. Jesus, I present my prayer in Your precious name before my God, Father in heaven. Amen
When you leave your body, you will be at home in My presence. God Promises He will bring us home upon death
We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. – (2nd Corinthians 5:8)
Learn that urgency in prayer does not so much consist in vehement pleading, as in vehement believing. He that believes most the love and power of Jesus will obtain the most in prayer.
