Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the LORD. Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.– Psalm 119:1-2 (NLT)
Dearest Abba Father, thank You for being my deliverer. Thank You for making me righteous through the blood of Jesus. I trust that You have a good plan for me, and You will deliver me out of all affliction. Thank You Lord for Your Word of truth which sets me free and deposits faith in my heart. I lift up my eyes to You. I turn my focus toward Your Word and invite You to have Your way in every area of my life. Help me to listen to what You say and then give me the conviction and courage to walk with You in the direction You lead me.
Gracious Father, You are the author of perfection. You have created me to be an example of Your image, a light of the world. Fill me with the brilliance of Your holy light, that I might shine forth in beauty and power. Lord, thank You for placing Your dreams and desires within me and for creating a plan to bring them to pass. Even when I can’t see a way, I trust that You are making a way. You are good, and today I declare that Your gracious hand is upon every area of my life
Lord, I need to know that You are watching me. You are the source of my confidence and security. Lead me to spend all of my time pursuing Your love and protection. Help me today to take the instruction I learn today, from reading Your Word and praying, and apply it to my walk and talk. Give me wisdom to express what Your Word tells me to all who I meet today. May others learn from me today more about You and what You want from us as believers. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
He has promised an end to death, sorrow, and pain. God Promises the End of Suffering and Pain
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. Revelation 21:4, NKJV
As the day comes to a close and we review what we have tried to do, again there should be that sense of committing everything to God.
