Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Romans 4:20-21 (NIV)
Dearest loving Father, thank You for giving me everything I need for life and godliness. I trust that as I draw close to You, You will reveal Yourself to me. I bless You today and honor You in everything I do. Lord, thank You for the seed of the Word that will not return void in my life. I choose to open my heart to You and say, “Have Your way in me.” I choose love, I choose forgiveness, and I choose to surrender every part of my life to You.
Father, I thank You for Your word. Please help me understand what the scriptures are saying. Help me apply it to my life. Holy Spirit, use the Bible and teach me, rebuke me, correct me and train me so I can be the person You desire me to be. Lord, I praise you today with my whole heart. Everything that is in me says, “Praise You God!” I thank you for your tender mercy. I thank you for your love and provision. I thank you for forgiving all my sins. Forgive me for forgetting so easily. Truly Father, you are worthy of all my praise. I worship you now with praise and thanksgiving. Give me the wisdom to know Your will in my life and give me the strength not to try to escape from doing Your perfect will in my life. Give my family direction and guidance that only You can give us. Thank You for leading us, protecting us and blessing us
Lord, let me remember not only the good things in life, but also the bad. The good helps me to rejoice, the bad helps me avoid making the same mistakes again. Lord, let me learn from my mistakes. Thank you for redeeming our past, for setting us free from anger and resentment. Thank you for giving us new life in Christ, abundant life that begins now and stretches into eternity. Strengthen me, Lord, with Your power. Fill me with Your fullness. Help me believe You for great things. We ask this in the matchless name of Jesus Christ so that He be glorified through us, Amen
My displeasure may last a moment, but My favor is yours for life. God Promises His Blessings are Forever
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. – (Psalm 30:5)
We know not the matter of the things for which we should pray, neither the object to whom we pray, nor the medium by or through whom we pray; none of these things know we, but by the help and assistance of the Spirit.
