We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. Romans 3:22-23 (NLT)
Dearest Abba Yahweh, thank You for Your grace and mercy. Thank You for the good plan You have for my life. Help me to choose my friends and companions wisely so that I can continue to move forward in the destiny You have for me. Father God, I declare that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I speak to the mountains in my life and say, “Be moved!” I declare blessings, favor and victory over my future !
Father, birth in my heart a desire to do Your will with my life. Give me a dream. Give me a passion. And then, Father, help these desires, passions and dreams turn into a plan. Might the plan become a reality, through Your mighty power and for Your Glory and honor. Help me today to give the burdens I carry to You. Give me the insight to see others that are carrying burdens so that I can show them the way to You. Thank You for the assurance I have that You are with me every moment of every day waiting to carry my burdens if I am willing to give them to You.
Lord, send the breath of Your Spirit to cleanse me of all sin. Free me from the oppression of all that I have done wrong, through Your blessed forgiveness. Lord, thank you for those who speak the truth to us, especially when we may not want to hear it. Thank you for their faithfulness and courage. Help me, Lord, to listen well to those you have given to me as trusted advisors. May I be humble enough to hear what they have to say. May I be committed enough to the mission you have given me that I am willing to change course when needed. May I be a faithful steward of all that you have entrusted to me. May I be committed enough to my leaders and our common work that I am willing to say what needs to be said. Help me to speak truth, and to do so with both conviction and humility. I pray in Your Son’s precious name. Amen
Call out to Me and I will show you wonderful things you do not know. God Promises He Will Hear Us When We Call
Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know– (Jeremiah 33:3)
Some prayers are followed by silence (from God) because they are wrong, others because they are bigger than one can understand. It will be a wonderful moment for some of us when we stand before God and find that the prayers we clamored for in early days and imagined were never answered, have been answered in the most amazing way, and that God’s silence has been the sign of the answer.
