Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34 (NIV)
Dearest loving Abba Father, thank You for Your faithfulness today. I come to you today to thank you for providing for my needs in the past, and knowing my needs today. Today, I come to you, asking you to meet those needs as I glorify you for your provision. I choose to focus on You and the good things You have prepared for my future. Today I give You thanks for Your mercy and faithfulness in my life. Thank You for leading me into victory! I magnify You and bless Your holy name today. I open my heart and mind to You today. I ask that You help me broaden my perspective so I can experience the full life You have for me. Thank You for the people You have placed in my life as wise counsel. Help me understand Your truth so that I can make godly choices. Keep me close to You always and lead me in the way everlasting. I thank You for making a way out of no way, and I will bless You always.
Abba Father, how often I end up on a slippery path in the dark. Thank You for loving me and providing a way out. I come to You now and ask that You keep me from slipping into the dark. Help me today to walk in the awareness of Your presence, in Your life-giving light. Lord, I am so glad that You are greater than the enemy of my soul. You are all powerful, all loving and all wise. Thank You for Your grace, mercy and forgiveness. Help me today, go strengthen others, with the same love You have for me Help me to live my life on solid ground. Help me to stand firm when I go through hard times. Help me to read your word and understand it’s meaning. Help me to live what you tell me to do. Help me to be a workman who correctly handles Your word of truth.
Lord Jesus, I want to live my life on solid ground. I want to be able to stand firm when I go through hard times. Help me to read Your word and understand its meaning. Please let me never take one day, one hour, one minute of this precious life for granted and may I always honor you with my life! Lord, give me your strength to stand for your Truth no matter what the cost. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
If you persist and do My will, you will receive what I have promised. God Promises that He Will Give Us Endurance For His Will
For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise. – (Hebrews 10:36)
I realize that many Christians have not been praying because they have not accepted the reality of war in which we find ourselves. There is a spiritual war mode that we must appropriate. It is an aggressive stance that we take against evil. It is governed by love for people, but it is fearless and uncompromising with the powers of darkness that manipulate people to fulfill evil plans.
