Almighty, glorious, everlasting, majestic God, today I come to You with an attitude of faith and expectancy. I come to You with an open and humble heart. You said that if I ask anything according to Your will, it will be done. So I thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life and believe for big things. Thank You for surprising me with Your love and blessings today. Keep me close to You and help me to always follow Your Word. Lord, thank You for joy. Thank You for peace. Thank You for walking me through the difficult times. I choose to answer the door for joy every single morning so that I can walk in the strength You have given to me
Abba Father, I come now to bow before You. I come to praise Your Holy name. I come to lift up my voice from the depth of my soul and say, “Hallelujah ” I thank You for who You are and for what You have done in my life. I thank and praise You for all that I have and for all that I am. I thank You for Your love for me, for Your death on the cross for me, and for the gift of Your Holy Spirit. I praise You, God, for Your greatness. Truly, You are worthy of all my praise. Father, I need Your grace. I need Your Holy Spirit to help me grow in my knowledge of You. Help me, guide me, instruct me, I pray. May Your grace be alive in my heart.
Lord, speak to me, ignite my heart and then help me shine that light today. Help me share the light that I have with those hurting in utter darkness so they, too, can live in the light of Your love and glory. It is our prayer today that our family will be an example of You to those we meet. May others see clearly in us a love for You, a love for them and a love for Your Word. Give us strength to serve You and love You with all we have. In times of darkness, help me not to dwell on what is wrong, but turn my mind to all I have to be thankful for. Father, I need to hear Your voice. There is so much I need to know from You. Please help me listen. Help me hear what you desire to say to me so I will follow Your will for my life. Today I come and pray with Samuel of old, “Speak Lord for Your servant hears you.” In Jesus’ mighty name, I Pray, Amen

The reason why many fail in battle is because they wait until the hour of battle. The reason why others succeed is because they have gained their victory on their knees long before the battle came. Anticipate your battles; fight them on your knees before temptation comes, and you will always have victory.
