I come to your altar, O LORD, singing a song of thanksgiving and telling of all your wonders. I love your sanctuary, LORD, the place where your glorious presence dwells-Psalms 26:6-8 (NLT)
Dearest loving Father, I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank You for ordering my steps and ordaining my future. I trust You as You lead and guide me into victory. Lord, thank You for being with me even in the hard times. I praise You because You are faithful, and I know You are leading and guiding me into victory all the days of my life. Lord, thank You for Your love for me. Help me to share Your love with others. Help me tell this generation of Your mighty power and love.
Dear Father, help me not to drift toward wickedness. Help me continually re-correct my course. Thank You Lord for being my gentle Savior and shepherd who leads me in the right path. Help me to be gentle in all that I say to people and in all that I do. Help me to show my love for my Lord by my gentle spirit and by my acts of kindness. Lord, help me to recognize where I settle for merely surviving instead of thriving. You promise that all who come to you will find a quality of life that makes life worth living. I want to align my life with your agenda. Fill me with your life that I might not hunger or thirst for that which can never satisfy. Help my eyes to see where life is hindered in my community so I can join you in bringing your love to the people I encounter. Lord, I do not understand the way things work sometimes, and I do not like to experience pain and suffering. Help me to see Your hand in all things. Grant me understanding.
We are eagerly waiting for your second coming Lord. Indeed, come Lord and heal our wounded world. Come and bring justice for those who are oppressed. Come and wipe away the tears of those who weep. Come and set free those who are in bondage. Come and bring your kingdom in all of its fullness. It’s good to be reminded that when we pray this simple prayer, Lord, we are joining the chorus of your followers, even from the earliest days of the church. We echo their desire for you to come. And we reaffirm their conviction and ours that you are not just human, but also God. Help us to have confidence in this truth, Lord. Show us, we pray, how we can live each day, in every situation of our lives, in light of the fact that you, Lord Jesus, are indeed God in the flesh, God with us, Immanuel. I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen
I do not show partiality in My family. God promises He will not show partiality in His family bible promise
And you, masters, do the same things to them, giving up threatening, knowing that your own Master also is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him. – (Ephesians 6:9)
Whole days and weeks have I spent prostrate on the ground in silent or vocal prayer.
