But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!– John 15:7 (NLT)
Our heavenly Father, thank You for this day. Thank You for the good plan You have for me. I believe it is my time of set favor; it’s my time to rise higher; it’s my time to experience every breakthrough and every blessing You have in store for me. Lord, thank You for Your favor, strength and grace at work in my life. I turn my focus on You today. I turn my thoughts on You. I set my heart and love upon You because You are good. Thank You for filling me with might and power to overcome.
Lord, thank You for Your Holy Spirit who convicted my heart and worked in me to accept You as my Savior. Thank You that I can come to You freely to confess my sins and that in turn know that I am forgiven. Keep my faith strong and help me to boldly confess with my mouth what I believe so that others will know what You have done for me and will do for them. Father, I need to learn to wait graciously and patiently. Fill my heart with peace and give me a spirit of acceptance, that I might know happiness even when things don’t happen fast enough to suit me..
Thank you, Lord, for adopting us as your sons and daughters. Thank you for inviting us into your family. Thank you Lord for calling us to yourself through Jesus Christ. Yet, you have also called us into fellowship with each other. We are meant to respond to your grace, not individualistically, but as members of your body. Thank you for the brothers and sisters we have in Christ. Help us to live as engaged members of your family, so that we might live in your light. We pray for those who cannot be with their families due to various situations in their life. May they sense your presence and peace in a special way. And may they be welcomed into the family of your people. Bless and comfort them O Lord. In the Sweet and mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
You can trust in My faithfulness because My Word is true. God promises His faithfulness and word are always true
For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in truth. – (Psalm 33:4)
Bear up the hands that hang down, by faith and prayer; support the tottering knees. Have you any days of fasting and prayer? Storm the throne of grace and persevere therein, and mercy will come down.
