Then God said, ‘Let there be light’; and there was light. And God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.” Genesis 1:3-4
All praise be to you, ELOHIM, Creator, Mighty and Strong God, for the essential goodness of all you have made in this universe. Abba, Father, when you created light, you saw that it was good. When you created the earth and the seas, you saw they were good. When you made vegetation, you saw it was good. When you created the heavenly bodies, you saw that they were good. When you made creatures on sea, air, and land, they were good in your sight. Finally, after creating human beings, you regarded your whole masterpiece as “very good.”
Help me, Lord, to see this world as you see it, to value it as you value it. May I be a faithful steward of all you have entrusted to me, including my body, my possessions, my money, and “all you given me. Help me, Lord, to see as you see, to think as you think, to feel as you feel, to value as you value. May my version of reality be more fully congruent with yours in every part of life in this World.
Abba, Loving Father, may I lay hold upon the highest standards of friendship and so be qualified to be a friend. May those who call and lean on me feel secure in my support. May none ever be ashamed to call me friend. Grant that those whom I love may keep faith with me. Make me ready to serve and to give. Teach me to think less of myself and more of others. Help me today to control my tongue. May my words today honor You in all that I do. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen
I will keep you from falling until you joyfully stand blameless in My presence. God Promises that He will keep us blameless until we see Him
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen. (Jude 1:24)
Gentlemen, I have lived a long time and am convinced that God governs in the affairs of men. If a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? I move that prayer imploring the assistance of Heaven be held every morning before we proceed to business.
