Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.” Colossians 3:13
Dearest loving Abba Yahweh, today I choose to resist fear. I choose Your Word. I choose Your love. I choose to put my trust in You. I choose to press forward and overcome fear. I choose to obey quickly and boldly embrace the victory and blessing You have for me. I choose to trust You and Your timing, knowing that You are working behind the scenes on my behalf. I choose to keep my eyes on You and allow You to work in my heart and mind. I choose to exercise my confidence that what I have asked in faith will actually happen. I believe You are with me; I believe You love me, and You are leading me in paths of righteousness all the days of my life. I believe that with You, all things are possible.
Lord, You know the pit I am in. I admit my participation in this and repent of any of my doing that has kept me here. I ask You, Father to lift me out of this. I will wait patiently for You dear God and trust You for Your deliverance. I humbly come to You giving You all that I am. I declare that I am free from competition today. I come today believing that You exist and that You reward those who sincerely seek You. Thank You for preparing a place of blessing for me. Thank You for giving me life. Thank You for calling me to yourself. Thank You for giving me purpose and meaning. Help me live each day for You.
Help me, dear Lord, to set apart a time each day just to listen to You. Help me to understand that this time needs to be spent first with my communication to You through prayer; and reading of Your Word, patiently, in an attitude of prayer, listening and looking for Your direction for me. Lord Jesus Christ, we pray that you would help us to recover our sense of delight in serving you with freedom and joy in our daily life. Thank you for the gift of being a servant for your mighty Kingdom. Give us wisdom and skill to do our job well. Give us grace and courage to follow you. Though I don’t deserve Your loving care and forgiveness, Lord, I continually thank You that You give it to me so freely. Help me to accept it graciously, and to know that You hold nothing against me once I ask Your pardon. I pray this in Jesus’ name and for His sake. Amen.
I will cover you all day long as you rest between My shoulders. God Promises We Can Rest in His Arms
The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him, Who shelters him all the day long; and he shall dwell between His shoulders. – (Deuteronomy 33:12)
Pray because you have a Father, not because it quietens you, and give Him time to answer.
