And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 (NLT)
Dearest Abba Yahweh, thank You for the gifts and talents You’ve given me. Help me to see the areas where I can rise higher. I desire to serve diligently with an attitude of excellence so that I can bring You glory in everything that I do. Lord, I choose to trust You over trusting my circumstances, knowing that You are faithful. I choose to stand strong in You. Give me Your peace and joy as I wait on You and let me be a testimony of Your grace. Thank You for the grace to overcome in this life. I choose Your goodness. I choose Your ways. Help me to show Your love and walk in peace in every circumstance. Erase from my vocabulary all negative words and from my mind all negative thoughts, Lord. Create in me a fountain of positive feeling and goodwill. Share Your grace through my witness.
Abba Father, thank You for loving me and giving me hope. Today please comfort me and strengthen me in every good thing I do and say. Lord, there are so many things going on. I find myself getting all worked up. Forgive me for the sin of worry. Help me trust You and not worry, doubt or fret. Father, I want to know You more. I want to know Your will. I want to do Your bidding. I want a deep loving relationship with You so my faith is an outgrowth of knowing who You are. Help me to remember that Your goal is to destroy wickedness and not people. Help me to do my part in overcoming evil as I look toward the day when You will defeat all evil and I will reign with You for an eternity.
Lord, this world is not exactly what you intended it to be. Sin has touched everything, including our life. Life is now filled with hardship. Life is now tainted by death. Our hearts ache before you today. We also yearn for the future, when you restore all things through Christ. We are eager to experience life as you meant it to be. We are glad for the promise of life without death. And, yes, we look forward to being reunited in your family with those who have died. All praise, glory, and honor be to you, O God. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
I will protect and carry you all the days of your life. God Promises He Will Carry Us Through Trials
Even to your old age, I am He, and even to gray hairs I will carry you I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you. – (Isaiah 46:4)
Sometimes, perhaps, thou hearest another pray with much freedom and fluency, whilst thou canst hardly get out a few broken words. Hence thou art ready to accuse thyself and admire him, as if the gilding of the key made it open the door the better.
