Live in harmony with each other. Don’t be too proud to enjoy the company of ordinary people. And don’t think you know it all! Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone.” Romans 12:16-18 (NLT)
My dearest loving Father, thank You for the gift of another day! I choose to be victory-minded and focus on Your goodness. Help me, Holy Spirit, to stay focused on the blessings and favor You have for me. Thank You for Your grace and mercy on my life. Thank You for empowering me to overcome every obstacle and press past every mountain. I look to You to lead and guide me into victory in every area of my life. Today I declare that I will not settle for good enough. I will stir up the dreams, passion and flame within me. Lead me in Your path of truth as I press on toward the promises You have in store for me. Thank You for Your faithfulness to me in so many situations. Fill me with expectation for what You will do in the future.
Abba Father, You know my fears. I bring them to You. Help me, protect me, free me from this bondage of lies. Thank You that You have not given me a spirit of fear. I choose to believe the truth and live by faith in You. Today I choose to trust You. I seek to do Your will, knowing that as I do, You will direct my path. I thank You for Your love for me. Thank You that You have called me to the same kind of love. Help me devote myself to others around me. Help me honor others above myself. Help me love like You do. Let me not tempt Your mercy, Lord, but do everything in my power to act as I thing You want me to act. Train me to be a Kingdom person, worthy to enter Your heaven when I am ready.
Dear Lord, thank You for giving me the promise through Your Word that all I have to do is to cast my worries upon You and You will care for me. Help me today to grasp what You say and give me the faith to accept that You are caring for me even when I am feeling total despair. Even though I’ve followed you for most of my life, I can still let the cares and desires of this world obstruct your kingdom. I ask that you’ll help me to trim away the habits that which limits the growth of your kingdom in my life. May I be fertile soil for the seed of the kingdom. And may the roots of your reign grow deeply into my heart, so that I might live my whole life for you, whether at home or at work, in the community or in the worship gathering of my church. I pray that, by your grace, I might not only be fertile soil for you, but also that your kingdom plant might flourish in my life. May I bear rich fruit for you, Lord! In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
I will teach your children My ways and give them great peace. God Promises He will teach us and bring us peace
All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children. – (Isaiah 54:13)
It’s so much easier to pray for a bore than to go and see one.
