My Dearest loving Father, today I choose to put an end to worry in my life. I choose to feed my faith by studying Your promises and declaring Your Word over my life. Help me to totally trust in You today and always. Lord, thank You for the ability to accomplish Your purpose. I set my face toward You; I set my thoughts toward You; I set my focus on Your purpose knowing that with You, nothing will be impossible. Thank You for equipping me with everything I need to be successful in life. I choose to humbly submit to You and obey Your Word so that I can be a person of understanding. Lord, thank You for drawing me to the place of peace. I choose to be still. I choose to find rest in You. I choose to trust You knowing that my days are ordered by You
Dear Jesus, You calmed the sea; please calm my troubled heart with the peace only You can give. I take the horrific storms of my life and submit them to Your command. You say “peace be still” so I choose not to be troubled or afraid. Thank You for revealing Your plans and purposes for me as go down into the deep waters. Please hear the cry of my heart, “I do believe, help me overcome my unbelief!” Lord, I know that I don’t ask You for wisdom like I should. And when I have asked, I have often ignored You. Forgive me Lord. I know I need Your wisdom for this life and I ask that You would give it to me. Then, Holy Spirit, guide me, direct me, empower me to do what Your wisdom dictates.
Give me this day a spirit of gratitude to You, dear God, for all that You have blessed my life with. As a family may we begin today spending more time just to thank You for all that You mean to us. Thank You for Your goodness and for Your wonderful works. Thank You for satisfying my longing soul and for filling my life with Your goodness. Jesus, help me each day to stay connected to you. I relish in the fact that I get to be part of God’s plan to do something that points to his goodness. Forgive me for thinking I can be effective on my own and forgive me for any sinful inclination to prioritize productivity over simply abiding in you. Thank you for your patience with me and using me as a tool for your kingdom expansion. Shine the light of Your truth into my life, and help me to see that there is no solution too large for Your love to handle. Reassure me in times of doubt, O Lord. We ask this in the matchless name of Jesus Christ so that He be glorified through us, Amen
When you pass through turbulent waters, I will be close to you. God Promises He Will Preserve Us Through Trials
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. – (Isaiah 43:2)
We should try our best to pour out all the burdens in our spirit by prayer until all of them have left us.
