“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.” Isaiah 26:3-4 (NLT)
Dearest loving Father, thank You for another day to praise You. Lord, I give You thanks and praise today for the promise of victory. Give me Your vision for the future so that I can move confidently into the abundant life You have for me. Lord, today I choose to be a prisoner of hope. I choose to wrap myself in hope and attach myself to it! Thank You for everything You are doing in and through me. Father, You’ve seen everything I’ve been through. You know what I’ve had to endure. I trust that You are working behind the scenes and leading me into victory. I keep my faith and trust in You and expect to see Your mighty. Thank You for all You have done in my life. Help me to see Your hand of blessing as I continually acknowledge and praise Your name.
Father, I am slipping. Please come to my aid. Catch me, hold me, help me find better footing. I need Your consolation. I need Your never failing love. I need Your help. Guide me, comfort me, rescue me. Father, take my heart and breath Your life into it. I don’t want a hard heart. I want a heart that is enlightened by Your Holy Spirit. One that is led day by day, living by faith, trusting in Your love and power. I am so grateful that I can put in Your hands all my cares and concerns. Help me to teach my family and friends to daily cast their cares and concerns upon You, knowing that You will in turn care for them. Help us, Lord, to believe the right things about you. And help us to live in response to the truth of who you are and what you proclaim. May we follow you today in all that we do.
Abba Father, thank You for Your provision of salvation. I accept this gift and desire to live more for You. I desire to be holy and pray for wisdom and strength to be what You want me to be. Help me to make the most of each day, Father. When I feel the urge to put off my commitment to You, fill me with the urgency and the joy of being in fellowship with You immediately. My Father, may this be a day of usefulness. Make me sure of myself, that I may not spend my days in questioning, but accept with gratefulness thy love and tender care. Make me worthy to be called thy child. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
I will give you My strength to help you stand in high places. God Promises We Have Rest Under His Shadow
God is my strength and power, and He makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of deer, and sets me on my high places. – (2nd Samuel 22:33-34)
When trust is perfect and there is no doubt, prayer is simply the outstretched hand ready to receive.
