Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me. Psalms 71:18 (NLT)
Dearest loving Father God, today I choose to hold on to peace. I won’t let the little things upset me and steal my joy and peace. I choose to trust You and praise You for what You are doing today and in the future of my life. Thank You for the gift of faith to see the impossible become possible as I continue to place my hope and confidence in You. Today I thank You for teaching and guiding me and giving me direction in my life. I receive Your counsel today. Help me to be more like You and to hear You clearly. Lord, today I choose to reject negative thoughts. I choose to reject lies from the past. I break every stronghold through the power of Your Word and embrace Your truth which sets me free. Today I surrender every thought to You. I choose to release my cares and concerns so I can focus on Your goodness in my life.
My heavenly Father, today I come to claim what You have promised me. I ask that You bring me comfort, a sense of hope and all the strength I need for this day. Father, I have judged myself by so many false standards. I have seen myself with blurry vision. I have looked in a stained mirror never seeing what you see. Today help me believe. Help me really understand that I am your child, a joint heir with Christ. Father, today I accept my commission as your child, and will go about doing your business, in your authority, backed with all the power of your throne. How grateful I am that You are from the beginning and for eternity. May my family rejoice, as I do, that You are our God, our Lord and our Savior. Keep my faith strong and keep me walking with You so that my life might be pleasing to You.
Lord, help me today I pray. You know my burden. You know my need. Renew me in my inner being, so that I will never give up being who You want me to be. Lord Jesus, once I was without mercy and forgiveness in my life. Then You came along and called me into Your kingdom. Thank You for forgiving me of all my sins and making me Your child. Help me, even today, to share with others that do not know You, how they can come to know You as their personal Savior; how they, too, can enter Your forever Kingdom. Because of Jesus and in His name I pray, Amen
My mercy will overrule judgment. God Promises His Mercy Triumphs Over Judgment
For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment. – (James 2:13)
God says to us, “Pray, because I have all kinds of things for you; and when you ask, you will receive. I have all this grace, and you live with scarcity. Come unto me, all you who labor. Why are you so rushed? Where are you running now? Everything you need, I have.”
