The Lord detests the use of dishonest scales, but he delights in accurate weights.– Proverbs 11:1 (NLT)
Dearest Abba Yahweh, thank You for Your favor and blessing on my life. Today I choose to be diligent. I choose to live in excellence and do everything to the best of my ability. Abba Father, thank you for pouring out your grace upon us. Thank you for your faithfulness that boggles our minds and emboldens our hearts. May our life be shaped by our experience of your grace. May we receive your gifts with gratitude. May we be gracious in sharing them with others.. Though I don’t understand the depth of your love, I do accept Your gracious love, and I am thankful from the depths of my soul.
Lord, help me to build truth into my life so that I can know that You are guarding my emotions and feelings and so You can overpower whatever may be holding me captive. Lord, be my anchor and support. When the day gets roughest, help me to remember that I am firmly established on Your Spirit and in Your love. Help me to make the time I have each day to be productive in serving You. Give me the discipline and flexibility to plan my day with time to spend with You. And I pray that You would help me to lead my spouse, children, family and friends so that they will have the same desire that I have to spend time with You.
Father, help me today to give the burdens I carry to You. Give me the insight to see others that are carrying burdens so that I can show them the way to You. Thank you for the assurance I have that You are with me every moment of every day waiting to carry my burdens if I am willing to cast them to You. I give You all the glory and thank You for Your faithfulness. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
Your sadness may last for a night, but joy will come in the morning. God promises that he will bring us joy even through sadness.
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5)
The less I pray, the harder it gets; the more I pray, the better it goes.
